I discover the Ucommune coworking space when I came onboard on my new job and was tasked to understand more of the facilities and services which I later Googled more to know of this new coworking space in Singapore. Basically, my colleagues and I are happy with the workspace and usually have my issue of problem resolved in the fastest possible manner 

For this, I would like to commend Janice for her professionalism when we feedback that the cleaner’s performance and attitude towards my fellow colleagues weren’t pleasant. There was also one incident where I accidentally left my phone in the room and couldn’t have access. I had to give an emergency call to Janice, she was very responsive and assisted me to resolve the issue despite it being past 9 pm. 

Ucommune at Suntec has recently gone through some form of renovation to have a better environment and coworking space. My suggestion is it will be better if they can make it soundproof room to room for privacy.

We enjoyed the most from always being able to access the co-working space. Ucommune is going through revamping of services and facilities, it would be good to explore further with them if you are looking at co-working space.

I recalled that Ucommunce had some form of party/ tea time special celebration or event when we first moved in at the end of Nov.  It would be good to have it back and yet comply with safe distancing measures.
